Oracle State Park

I am one of the Friends of Oracle State Park trying to get the word out about the park’s reopening next month.  If you haven’t been there, the park really is a gem.  It is a 4,000 acre wildlife refuge with oak woodland and desert grassland; views of the Catalinas, the San Pedro River Valley, and the Galiuro Mountains; a historic ranch house; and 15 miles of trail for hikers, bikers, and equestrians.

Oracle State Park opens February 4th. Opening day is free! Come out to cycle, hike, and ride, or visit the Historic Kannally Ranch House and the botanical gardens.

Hours of operation are: Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm, February, March, April, September, October, and November.

Visit (or link) to our web site: FriendsOSP.org to see all the ongoing activities and events.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact me at 520-896-9463.

Sincerely, Jenine Mayer, Friend of Oracle State Park
