Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park Hiking

SEPTEMBER 7 - 13, 2008 - YELLOWSTONE AND GRAND
TETON NATIONAL PARK HIKING. We are planning a hiking trip
to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Hikes will include
some geothermal features as well as canyon and lakeside hikes. Our
first activity will be on Sunday the 7th and our last one will be Saturday

Rocky Mountain National Park

JULY 29 - AUGUST 5, 2008 - ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL
PARK. Several of my hiking friends are planning a trip to Rocky
Mountain National Park arriving July 29 and departing August 5. We
will be staying in Estes Park. The hiking will be mostly in high altitude
with mostly “B” hikes and some “A”s. If you are interested, call Erika
Hartz at 574-7942 before 8:00 pm. Space availability is limited and
reservations for accommodations need to be made immediately.

Baldy In The White Mountains

JUNE 27 - 28, 2008 - BALDY IN THE WHITE MOUNTAINS. This
is the annual Baldy trip and as usual we will be staying in Greer. We
will only go ahead with the trip if there is sufficient interest, so please

Chiricahua Car Camp

MAY 29 - 30, 2008 - CHIRICAHUA CAR CAMP. Christa and I are
planning to camp at Bonita Group Area campground doing various C
hikes in the National Monument. Great opportunity for people who

John Muir Trail

Description:   Okay, okay. I've never actually done this before, but I'm gonna do it now. We'll start early and hike out to Douglas Springs to warm up. Then we'll hike up to Cowhead Saddle. From there, we turn right and go up and over Tanque Verde Peak before ending up at the Javelina Picnic area in Saguaro Nat'l Park East. 22 plus miles. Call or email for info.
