There usually is only a few reasons that you may have trouble logging in, they are as follows:
- The username is incorrect.
- The password is incorrect.
- Both the username and password are incorrect.
- You do not currently have a website account setup.
If you forgot your username or password follow these instructions.
The retrieval process has been automated, from the Login form. click on Forgot your password, read the instructions, enter your email address and click Send.
You will shortly receive an email like this:
Dear (Your Username):
Your password at "Southern Arizona Hiking Club" has been reset to: xxxxxxxx
If it wasn't you who initiated the reset, please let us know immediately (use contact form on our site)

Southern Arizona Hiking Club team.
Please copy and paste your reset password to insure accuracy, a cryptic password may be difficult to type correctly, your correct username is after the word Dear in the reset email.
If you believe your login information is correct and you cannot login, click on Forgot your password, enter your email address and submit the form.
If you receive this message: Email does not exist in our system, submit the Request Account Form to have an account setup.
